It goes without saying that we would be nowhere without all of our wonderful Volunteers each year. We want to send a big 'shout out' to all our past and present Volunteers – kitchen staff, decorating crews, bar guys & gals, golf course volunteers, sponsors, donors, and everyone else who helps make our events happen! 
   
 What do we need this year? 

• Wednesday, June 21... 
  6:00 PM... start decorating the Boyle Community Centre

• Thursday, June 22... 
  6:00 - 9:30 PM... decorate ceiling; set up tables/chairs/tablecloths/plate settings, plus start organizing and setting up Auction items    **need men with tools!!

  

• Friday, June 243... 
  10:00 AM - 2:00 PM... kitchen help
  10:30 AM - 4:00 PM... finish decorating tables; finish Auction items

 
 DON'T FORGET THE FRIDAY NIGHT MEET 'N' GREET AT THE BOYLE LEGION AT 8:00 PM!!! 

• Saturday, June 24... 
  7:30 AM... need someone to pick up breakfast at AG Foods and deliver to clubhouse at golf course
  4:30 PM onward... all kitchen volunteers are welcome, evening clean-up, Auction assistance, cash table assistance, golf course volunteers for Registration & breakfast
  5:00 PM... Doors open to public
